| BENJAMIN McCALLUM EXECUTIVE CHEF / OWNER Chef Benjamin McCallum is our talented and award-winning Executive Chef and a co-owner of Three Sons. Ben works with clients to create the dinner parties and weddings that represent not only the personality and tastes of those clients, but also the flare and talent of an elite chef.
Chef Ben was classically trained in French cuisine and methods. He has also studied, perfected, and executed menus for clients in nearly every cultural cuisine imaginable. It is all about creativity and fusion for Chef Ben. Chef Ben has hired and trained over three dozen chefs to date, some of whom went on to restaurant success and some who have returned to work in his kitchens. Chef Ben is an advocate of his employees, students, and clients, always striving to make food fun, delicious, and decadent.

| ADAM BEAL SOUS CHEF
Chef Adam has trained under and worked for several highly acclaimed chefs in the Twin Cities, mostly in French cuisines, but with exposure to multicultural meal preparations. He loves working with local ingredients, but never passes up an opportunity to work with rare and international culinary treasures. His culinary passion is "old world preparations" -- that is whole butchery, sausage making, and charcuterie.
Chef Adam comes to Three Sons Signature Cuisine with real world experience and hands on training, working most recently as Sous Chef at The Sample Room in Nordeast. We are excited to have Chef Adam joining our team and look forward to incorporating his culinary talents in our kitchen.

| DANIELLE LEE PASTRY CHEF
Three Sons Signature Cuisine welcomes Danielle as its talented Pastry Chef to make the sweet tooth dreams and wishes of our clients come true. Danielle is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu's pastry program, with highest honors in Patisserie and Baking, where she excelled, even winning the school’s Iron Chef Competition. Danielle’s culinary career has included everything from donuts and bread to candies and designing cakes.
