Chea Castro has been around the Hospitality Industry her entire life. Growing up with a mother who was a wedding planner, Chea was thrilled to plan and execute her first solo event at age sixteen. Her passion is helping clients plan one of the happiest days of their lives. Chea proudly joined the Three Sons family in 2005 and was quickly promoted to Office Manager. As the Office Manager with Three Sons Signature Cuisine, she is the ultimate administrative support for the company. You will most likely interact with her when you call in as Chea usually answers the phone.
In addition to her full time position with us, Chea is very active in the community. She uses her planning and organizational skills to chair many charitable and community outreach programs and events. She is also active in her church and still assists clients with her event planning services.

| JODEE McCALLUM
Chief Executive Officer, Director of Marketing
Jodee is the third co-owner of this exceptional catering team and its Chief Legal and Executive Officer, as well as the Director of Marketing. In a small, family-owned company, the entire team wears several hats at any given time, as epitomized by the many public roles that Jodee plays. While the rest of the Events Team works closely with clients and vendors, Jodee is 100% behind-the-scenes running the business management, controlling the company's expansion and growth, managing human resources, creating and implementing company policy, and training.
Jodee is also a practicing attorney, bringing yet another level of corporate compliance and client satisfaction to the Three Sons team. Together, our clients could not want for a better team of individuals who demand the highest level of performance from themselves, their team, and their vendors. We work diligently so you don't have to.
